Please be advised that all orders of COM (customer's own material) are considered final sales and cannot be cancelled or returned. Additionally, production lead time for your order will not begin until we have received the COM at our manufacturing facility. Please note that any shortages of COM may result in additional costs and lead time, which will not be the responsibility of ModernClassic.

If you require more than one roll of COM for your order, we strongly recommend adding an extra yard per roll to account for any defects that may be present. Please note that any unsuitable COM for our manufacturing process may be rejected by ModernClassic.

While we do inspect all fabrics for imperfections, some flaws such as color inaccuracies, dye lot variations, and other defects may still go unnoticed. Any defects or flaws discovered during production may require additional COM yardage and production time, which will be the customer's responsibility.

It is important to note that ModernClassic cannot be held responsible for the flammability of any COM. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their COM meets all applicable codes and regulations.

Please also be aware that Eternity Modern cannot predict how upholstery will wear in an installation setting, and therefore we cannot be held responsible for wear, fading, stretching, or unraveling seams. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the performance of any upholstery material, and we will not be held responsible for production failure due to the nature of the provided material.

Lastly, please note that there is no warranty on COM, and any excess material will not be stored or returned. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for any COM shipped to our warehouse.
