Shipping Timelines & Delays Estimated delivery times are 10–25 Business Days for the contiguous United States. While timelines are subject to carrier conditions, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues with your package whenever possible.
Freight (LTL) & Small Parcel Deliveries * Inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect the exterior for any damage and note it on the driver’s delivery receipt.
- Reporting Window:Concealed damage must be reported within 72 hours.
- Packaging:Please keep original materials for 15 days as they are required for authorized returns.
- Undeliverable Packages:If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee.
Our Delivery Guarantee We take responsibility for your order until it is safely delivered. If items are damaged or lost in transit, we will manage the claim and provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
