Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Window You are welcome to initiate a return within 365 days of receiving your delivery.

Product Condition To qualify for a refund, items must be in unused condition and secured in original packaging or equivalent secure wrapping to ensure safety during transit.

Refund Calculations To maintain transparency, we do not charge hidden administrative fees.

  • Restocking Fee:A flat 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This covers original outbound freight and handling costs.
  • Exclusions:Restocking fees do not apply to items that arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping & Insurance Customers are responsible for return freight charges. We require that you insure the shipment for the full retail value. If an item is damaged during the return trip, the customer is responsible for filing the claim with the carrier.

Defective or Damaged Goods If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email 2-3 clear photographs to our team within 72 hours. We will provide a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Mandatory Return Authorization (RMA) Before shipping any items back, you must obtain an RMA number by emailing [email protected]. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Processing Timelines Once inspected, refunds are finalized within 1 to 2 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Custom & Clearance Items * Made-to-Order: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days. After 7 days, the order is final sale.
