The product
The DS 600 Sofa, often referred to as the "non-stop" sofa, was ingeniously designed by Ueli Berger in 1972. Inspired by the mythical alpine creature, the Tatzelwurm, this sectional sofa comprises slender modular elements that can be extended to form seemingly limitless configurations. Its design offers the freedom to combine various elements, making it possible to create a wide range of compositions. By consistently using the same module, you could theoretically construct the world's longest sofa, or, more practically, craft a unique design tailored to your space's specific requirements. The sofa's versatility allows for countless configurations, from the iconic curved shape to a straight line and everything in between.
